Terms of Service

1. Acceptance. By accessing CapitalCall ("the App"), operated by Bullsline Holding Private Limited ("Bullsline"), you agree to these Terms.
2. The service. CapitalCall is an internal CRM and portfolio-management tool for Bullsline's authorised financial advisors. Access is for authorised users only, via Google sign-in.
3. Your responsibilities. Keep your login confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Use the App only for legitimate advisory business; do not attempt to breach security, access data you are not authorised to, or use the App unlawfully.
4. Third-party services. The App integrates Google (Gmail) and other providers; your use of those is also subject to their terms. Connecting a mailbox authorises the App to access it as described in our Privacy Policy (/privacy).
5. Intellectual property. The App and its content are owned by Bullsline; no license is granted except to use the App as intended.
6. Disclaimer. The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and may not be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in the App is financial, legal, or tax advice.
7. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bullsline is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
8. Termination. We may suspend or terminate access at any time, including for breach of these Terms.
9. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
